Characteristics of Amber Beer
(Indian Pale Ale)
Our amber beer is characterized by an alcohol content of 7.5%. It is on average strong and well attenuated. The taste is herbaceous and citrusy, the hops are the protagonist and navigates towards an aromatic and dry taste. The finish is bitter, but very pleasant. Malamut I.P.A. is a craft beer excellent for aperitifs. It goes well with fried, roasted and grilled white meats.
